All content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Interact Business and AI Solutions and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or transmit any content without express written consent from Interact.
Users agree not to use the Services in any way that causes harm, disrupts the Service, or is illegal. Interact reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any user found in violation of these Terms.
Interact is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Our maximum liability in any case will be limited to the Fees paid for the month in which the incident occurred.
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Rockwall County, Texas.
Interact provides four main AI tools, each tailored to enhance different business operations: •GeNai: Custom AI solution designed for generating business insights, handling digital marketing, and supporting various business functions. •AIVA: Artificial Intelligence Virtual Administrator that manages back-office operations, data organization, and streamlines workflows. •AI Search: Advanced AI-powered search tool that allows visitors to easily find information on your website, providing accurate responses and useful links. •Conversational AI Voice: AI voice assistant designed to handle customer service interactions, including scheduling, inquiries, and call management. These tools are provided on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day notice required for cancellation.
All Consulting and AI Solutions are billed according to the agreed-upon rates. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis, with a 30-day notice required for cancellation. Billing is rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment for regular business hours and to 30-minute increments for after-hours services. Unused hours expire at the end of each billing period.
Our Digital Optimization services, including SEO, social media management, and content creation, are provided on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day cancellation notice. All Fees are due in advance.
All Services are billed in advance. Any changes to Fees will be communicated 30 days prior to taking effect. Late payments may result in service suspension. All Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
If Services are deemed taxable by the Client’s state or jurisdiction, the Client is solely responsible for paying any applicable sales, use, or other taxes related to the Services. Interact will not be liable for determining or paying such taxes.
Either party may terminate Services with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, previously paid Fees will not be refunded. Interact reserves the right to terminate Services for violations of these Terms.
All AI models, methodologies, and technologies are the property of Interact Business and AI Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any proprietary materials without written consent.
Interact does not guarantee specific results or uninterrupted availability of the Services. In the event of interruptions, the Client’s sole remedy is a refund of one month’s Fees.
